LODGING POLICIES

Your reservation is CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN. Entry instructions will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.

This is a historic property with two separate buildings. Please be patient, as we slowly work to continue restoration of both buildings.

Cancellation: If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please cancel at least 24hrs (one) day prior to your arrival date.

In the event that you must cancel with less than a 24hr notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that YOU to take responsibility for your entire reservation.

*NO REFUNDS* but we can try to accommodate your reservation to a different room.
Contact (260) 222-7175 in the event that you want to switch your reservation to a different room.

A three day cancellation notice is required for stays longer than two days. NO REFUNDS for notices less than three calendar days.

Check-in: 4:00 PM and after.

Check-out: 11:00 AM on the dot.

Absolutely NO SMOKING Inside!!! You will be charged an additional $150 fee. Please use designated outdoor smoking area in the parking lot.

No Pets allowed at any time.
